Earthquake safety should be everyone’s concern. There are fault lines that could become active all over the country, not just in California though those are the more popular ones. In this uncertain world of climate change, fracking and just simply the passage of time, earthquakes can suddenly be a reality any time, anywhere and you need to be able to react appropriately to keep yourself safe.
Federal, state, and local emergency management experts and other official preparedness organizations agree that, ”Drop, Cover, and Hold On" is the appropriate action to take to reduce injury and death during earthquakes (learn why here).
