Even when your iPhone or Android is locked, you may want to make some emergency information accessible to emergency workers and others. As long as you have a hand crank charger or other means to charge when power is out, your phone can be a life saver.
Since this emergency information is available to anyone who has hold of your cell phone, we suggest being careful with what you put in there. Suggestions are any allergies and medical conditions that responders and doctors would need to know about, and an emergency contact number. Remember, during an emergency, you may be unconscious so this information could be critical.
